The WEPhili Project is a joint initiative by Haribon Foundation and Greenseed that integrates environmental conservation, women’s empowerment, and policy literacy in Real, Quezon.Â
Local women, through participatory workshops, have raised concerns about forest degradation, water shortages, and the underappreciation of their contributions to conservation, emphasizing the need for a focused communication strategy.Â
This streamlined plan seeks to mobilize community action by raising public awareness, empowering women as environmental stewards, and enhancing policy understanding, helping foster inclusive and sustainable local engagement for both nature and people.
